Different league than my post above, but also 0.5 ppr and 0.5 pt bonus for runs/catches over 40yds:

    Pick 2 (I have 2 WR/RB/TE flex spots available):

    Devonte Booker @TEN
    Sammy Watkins vs.PIT
    Eric Ebron vs.CHI
    Steve Smith Sr. @NE
    Tevin Coleman @LA
    Jeremy Maclin vs.OAK
    Kenneth Dixon @NE

Right now I've got Watkins and Coleman in, but unsure if those are the right moves.

Ebron hasn't done much recently but TE's have been able to score vs. CHI over the past month. Rudolph is getting lots of targets but hasn't scored in 3 wks despite all the targets and JAX has only allowed 3 TE's to score TD's this season.

    Pick 2:

    Devonte Booker @TEN
    Theo Riddick vs.CHI

    Steve Smith SR @NE

Booker has been ok, not great since taking over lead back duties, has a tough matchup (TEN is good against the run) and Kubiak has indicated that Forsett will get a fair share of the RB touches for DEN. Riddick has been up and down all season and also has a tough matchup (CHI has allowed 3rd fewest fantasy its to RB's this season) but usually gets a bunch of targets/catches and is a threat to score any game. Smith has been mediocre the past 2 wks and also has a tough matchup, but is getting targets.

    Any thoughts?
I like Rudolph over Ebron this week. Bradford has been dinking and dunking all over the place so hopefully Rudolph can haul in at least 5 or 6 of them. PPR helps there for sure.

When it comes to the other decision I'd start Riddick and Booker. I never own Riddick and he always seems to put up nice numbers against me. Pains me to always see 6 or 7 grabs for 60 yards plus a score with another 50 or so on the ground. Start that guy with confidence. When it comes to Booker or Smith I'd go with Booker but with less confidence than the Riddick decision.

I'd go with the Watkins and Booker. You didn't hold onto Watkins all year to not play him against the Steelers right?

12 teamer standard cats need some help.

    Choose a QB (YUCK)

    Palmer @ Miami
    Dalton @ Cleveland
    Wentz Vs. Washington

I've locked in Zeke and Melvin Gordon at RB so I have to start 2 receivers and a flex out of these guys.

    Pick 3

    Hilton Vs. Houston
    Cooks @ TB
    Thomas @ TB
    Diggs @ JAX
    Robinson Vs. MIN

I've basically locked in Hilton and Cooks but struggling on the last guy. Any help or insight would be appreciated!

    Is your final week 17?!

That's a tough call man. It's tough to bench Howard but I think it's the right decision. Rodgers has been looking solid and the Hawks D is a bit unorganized without Thomas there. I think you have to start Jordy.

Stewart hasn't been very impressive but I think the Panthers should be able to run all over the chargers.

Just grabbed Watkins as a FA a couple weeks ago when he was taken off IR by the bills and I noticed he was available .

    Palmer. ... I guess....?

Sucks to have to start 2 WR from the same team, but I'm not sure you can trust Diggs or Robinson, so I'd go with Thomas.

No our final week is Week 16 (only 4 make the playoffs). I ended up benching Ware and so far seems like it may have paid off. I'm starting all three of my choices.

    Michael Thomas @ ARI (owned)
    Booker vs NE (owned)

    OR

What order would you claim these guys and start:

    Powell vs MIA
    Alshon Jefferey vs GB
    Malcolm Mitchell @ DEN
    Farrow vs OAK

Obviously im going to claim all these guys if i can. I doubt i will get Powell but should be able to get 2 of them.

I'd play Michael Thomas of those above. For your claims I would go with Powell, Burrow, Mitchell and then Jeffrey.

I ended up with Powell, Farrow and Mitchell. Its 25 yds per pt receiving and 10 yds per pt rushing, TDs 6 for both. Pretty sure im gonna go with Powell considering Thomas has been injured, not playing well and has a tough match up.

    I have these DEF

    MIA @ NYJ
    ATL vs SF

JStew and Miller. Ware has a tough matchup and hasn't played well in weeks (other than the ATL game where C.West was out) and T.West isn't even an option anymore.

In my question above between Ware and JJ Nelson I've actually decided to go with JJ Nelson (though multiple people posted Ware) as he has the higher ceiling in what should be a higher scoring game. I switched out Ware for JStew right before the start of the game last week and that change is what got me into the playoffs (along with an 80 yard TD from Brady near the end of the game).

Sorry 'bout your luck. Why do you HAVE to start Ertz? SD has a pretty juicy matchup (CLE) and the Gints pass DEF has been very good lately.

As for RB, gotta start Montgomery after what he did to CHI last week, and based on that, I like Kelley's chances of a big game vs. that same #23 CHI run DEF a lot more than I like Powell's chances of a big game vs. the #4 NE run DEF.

    Good luck buddy.

    P.S. Fuck Ertz.

0.5 ppr. 0.5 pt bonus for 40+ yd plays. Otherwise fairly standard cats. Finals matchup. 10 team league.

Current lineup (minus QB's, K's and DEF) looks like this:

    WR (start 3):

    Landry @BUF
    Tate @DAL
    Watkins vs.MIA

    RB (start 2):

    David Johnson @SEA
    J.Stewart vs.ATL

    TE (start 1): Ebron @DAL

    WR/RB/TE Flex (start 2):

    Ty Montgomery (RB/WR) vs.MIN
    Steve Smith Sr. (WR) @PIT

I *think* this is the best lineup I can field, but if anybody can give me a solid reason/explanation as to why I should bench one (or more) of these guys ^ for one (or more) of these guys \/, i'd consider making the switch...

    Bench:

    B.Marshall (WR) @NE
    Maclin (WR) vs.DEN
    JJ.Nelson (WR) @SEA
    T.Coleman (RB) @CAR
    D.Booker (RB) @KC
    J.Reed (TE) @CHI

    FA:

    Garcon (WR) @CHI
    Stills (WR) @BUF
    D.Lewis (RB) vs.NYJ
    C.Meredith (WR) vs.WSH
    H.Henry (TE) @CLE

Thoughts? TE is probably the only position I'm kinda struggling with. Reed would normally be the best of the options by a wide margin, but I'm not confident he'll be healthy and/or get many/any touches. DAL's pass DEF is bad and the Lions will be throwing a lot as they have absolutely no running game and will likely be losing most/all of the game, and can usually count on 4-6 catches and 40-60 yds from Ebron, so I think he's the safest bet. Henry intrigues me as he has a great matchup and has been scoring TD's, but I'm worried that SD might go ahead early and not pass so much, giving Henry a lower floor than Ebron.

I just think they will look towards Gates in this one but thats usually when they hit Henry lol the kid is beastly and will be a TE1 next year. Not sure i like the Ebron start especially since you have Tate but if you are not a gambling man thats your guy. I have to start Ertz due to targets, plain and simple.....i love the upside of a Henry TD tho. Your bench is such a toss up it could be a dud or stud start among 3-4 of them for the last spot or two (i know not much help ) Good Luck man

If Miller plays, I'd go with him and Stewart, but he might not, in which case Ware and Stewart instead. I don't like Ware's matchup, but West and Lewis are way down list (compared to the other 3) on all the rankings I've seen.

Tough call at WR. I'd go with Nelson and Hilton. GB and Indy are fighting for playoff spots, while Cincy is out, has nothing to play for and Green is questionable, so even if he plays, they may limit his touches. DAL has already clinched top spot in the NFC so doesn't really have anything to play for and may limit Dez's touches or even sit him to keep him healthy for playoffs. The Lions are missing Slay who shut down Dez last time they played, but the Lions are fighting for their division and/or a playoff spot, so they'll be going all out and their D has been solid lately even with Slay missing a few games, which I think caps Dez's upside even if he does play.

ok, that makes for a tough call between Dez and AJ then. Dez is at least healthy, so I'd lean towards him, but make sure he not rested last minute. Jason Garrett (DAL HC) said yesterday that everyone will play against the Lions, but that was before the Gints lost to the Eagles last night, which clinched top spot in the NFC for DAL. He may change his mind now that DAL has nothing to play for.

If they both play, I'd go Dez cuz at least he's healthy, but it's gonna be tough for you with Dez playing in the Monday nighter. Keep an eye on the news for both guys, as that may make your decision for you.

AJ sounds pretty confident that he'll play, but is a bit risky playing injured. With Dez playing Monday night and limited DET/DAL replacement options likely available on the FA wire, you might have to roll the dice on AJ. If you sit AJ and then Dez sits as well, your last minute replacements options will likely be pretty weak.

Edit: Jerry J just stated again that Dallas isn't resting anybody on Monday, so you should be able to use Dez if you don't want to roll the dice on AJ.

Hey Buckeye, looks like Miller and Green are both going to sit, so that should make your decision for you. Stewart and Ware at RB, Nelson, Hilton and Bryant at WR.

Cool thanks I'll go with Barkley. He has been throwing lots. My opponent has Dalton and Kaep so I think I will be good.

Gonna roll with Murray, got a feeling Freeman will have a down week after going off last week.

    So, how'd everybody do?

I beat my projection by 18 pts and my weekly average by 18 pts , but still lost by 20 pts to a guy who beat his projection by 22 pts and his weekly avg by 43 pts. He just had a monster week. At least I put up a good fight, but just not good enough.

    Hope you started Dez, Buckeye.

Every little thing went against me and he had Jordy, lost by 19. He started Alfed Blue who outscored my rbs combined. Flacco was in scoring position 6 times and got me 1 TD Just wasnt in the cards for me this year i guess.
