So its sounding like Floyd Mayweather plunked down 10 million on Denver -2

Just as I was feeling confident enough about plunking down 100 on Denver -2.5 myself

This makes me Eddie Mush nervous now about the whole idea...and I'm the more legit E.M.

I liked Seattle before the original line came out so I definitely like them more now. Agreed that if you like Seattle, go with them to win straight up.

    Denver 23
    Seattle 20 OT

    Bold Superfecta Predictions..

    1) Decker will finish top 3 in MVP vote
    2) Lynch will fumble twice
    3) Hauschka has a Norwood moment
    4) Oompa Loompa Bruno Mars gets booed off stage as the crowd chants "Bruce"

I think so but not 100% sure that they reveal the vote count on that.

I'll guess Decker finishes 8 for 120 and a TD which should put him in the hunt if Denver wins..

The sad thing about superbowl MVP is, statistically speaking ,as long as Manning goes 300/3 TD and wins, Decker would need somewhere around 70-80% of that production to have much of a chance. As in, 200 yards and 2 TDs. A WR only wins on an incredibly big game, or a particularly mediocre night by a QB. If Manning does just "Good" and the Broncos win its almost impossible to imagine someone else on that team getting a vote.

Seahawks get their 2nd best player on offense back (Harvin, behind Lynch) while the Broncos are still without the league's next best defender behind JJ Watt (Von Miller). Besides that we got a healthy showdown in good enough weather. Awesome Sunday on the horizon

The only small stretch of productivity the Seahawks offense has enjoyed in the last 5-6 games has been the quarter they had Harvin healthy. He just changes everything if hes on the field. The way he makes a living on short passes like Welker, combined with the physical gifts of a high-end #1, means theres virtually no defense in the NFL that can stop him from his usual 10 catch/100 yard/20-40 ydsrushing statline.

Did it ever, for the shortest, slightest, single second, ever once feel like the Broncos had the slightest chance of operating some sort of successful game plan? Literally not one of the 60 minutes felt even contested. That was so fucking gross.

And then Sherman gets hurt, ruining any moral victory for those of us who wanted Peyton to win but would've been happy seeing him celebrate a SB win instead. He didn't get to celebrate. Just a shitty day of football. Good for Wilson and Carroll I guess. 2013-2014 Seahawks D is officially top 3 all time for smothering the best offense ever.

Thought they should have given Wilson, Percy or Avril the MVP over Smith. He caught a popup caused by Avril and outran a bunch of linemen for the pick 6. Big play but not worthy of MVP..idk

Bruno Mars I thought had a real good night coming out with a solid drum solo, who knew? and feet like James Brown. Pretty talented dude with no chance of going bald.

How about Broadway Joe getting the coin intercepted? wtf kind of animal was he wearing.

Say what you want about the Patriots the last few years. But Brady still has 3 rings to Manning's 1. Brady holds the NFL record for most playoff wins with 18. Manning holds the NFL record for playoff losses with 12. Just saying

Way to get Brady in there somehow

Poor Peyton! Short of coming back and winning the Superbowl next year I think his chance at the best ever legacy can be put to rest. Sad as I do think he may be the greatest of all time, but his playoff/Superbowl record definitely suggests otherwise.

Wish i woulda put a saftey as the first play of the game on a bet sheet....2000 to 1.

Horrible game....unless you are a Seahawks fan. Percy totally stole a few big plays just like i read last week. Game changer and deserved the MVP imo.
