right, so those 20 people will all be affected about the same. An LA/OTT final would leave us all with some pretty dismal point totals.

Looks like my "pool exploiter" might come away with a win. Spreading out his bets vs going all-in on PIT. He picked PHI to win first round but PIT to win QF, then BOS to win SF, whereas most people picked PIT to win first, QF, SF. Without factoring GMs into the equation, he will have a possible 4 + 0 + 4 (if BOS wins) points vs 0 + 0 + 0 points (if PIT gets swept). Next year I'm going to have to add a rule: NO HEDGING - BRACKETS MUST MAKE SENSE LOGICALLY!!!

lol, wut? if you did pick the same teams, then we are on the brink of a titanic collapse. Gonna need VAN, PIT, and CHI to turn things around.

only 1 series is finished so people can only have 3, 2 or 0 points. I have 3 therefore I'm tied for 1st right now.

Yeah, like I said earlier I found that pretty surprising. unless somebody has both kings/philly and the next rounds pretty right, it's still an even ish bracket. I think it was 20/28 picking pittsburgh, now 24/28 picking van.

I have PIT, BOS, VAN & NSH winning the second rounds....if Boston loses my only hope of winning is if Nashville actually wins the cup.

At least your Stanley Cup winner made it out of the first round. Unles the Devils come back, St. Louis the only team I'm earning points off after the first round and I have them losing the Conf Finals.

I'd be firmly in the Phoenix camp as far as likely winner in that one goes. Frankly, I've been surprised at every game Florida's managed to win this postseason.

I'll be incredibly impressed if I get 3 series winners and lengths correct in the first round. (STL, WSH, NYR)

What's crazy is only 3 people have a cup final that neither team are already eliminated from, and after tomorrow it'll automatically be 2 or 1.

The sheet is updated, I'll fix the link tomorrow with the standings.

I have no idea why, but some people's score were incorrect until I typed all the names in again. I'd have to type in NSH even though it already said NSH, and it just magically changed. Perhaps it was how i copied and pasted it, but there could be problems with other people's scores if that's the case.

After I post the link tomorrow, everyone check their scores!

As of now, I'm tied with lektrix for 1st with 17 points, gogoayane has 16, and lots seem to be in the 13-15 range.

    2/4 in the West.

0/4 in the East. Obviously had both the Sens and Panthers tonight who fought valiantly till the bitter end.

looks like nobody will get any points from the western finals....what a crazy playoff year. If the Devils win looks like Lektrix might take it.
