    Pick 10 keepers

    C - C. Santana
    1B - Rizzo
    2B - Pedroia, Wong
    3B - Machado
    SS - Andrus, D. Santana
OF - Ellsbury, Braun, Soler, Gordon, Crawford, Granderson

SP - Strasburg, Grienke, Shields, Richards, Wacha, Stroman, Fiers, Pineda
RP - Robertson, Papelbon, Storen, Britton, Janssen

    ------

    KEEPERS
    1. Rizzo
    2. Ellsbury
    3. Braun
    4. Carlos Santana
    5. Strasburg
    6. Grienke

    MAYBES PICK 4
    7. Jorge Soler did he play enough last year to get noticed?
    8. David Robertson don't like keeping RPs, but he's a stud for his K rate
    9. Garrett Richards Solid young starter with a K per inning
    10. James Shields Pitching in SD will boost his numbers
    --------
    11. Dustin Pedroia shitty 2014 season. Can likely re-draft Kolton Wong.
    12. Alex Gordon already have Braun, Ellsbury & Soler
    13. Manny Machado 2014 injury may have him available later in the draft
    14. Jonathan Papelbon Had better ERA than Robertson last year

I'm tempted to gas Gordon, Machado, Pedroia, and Papelbon. Am I wrong? Leaves my middle infield week.

You know your league better than I do but, unless your league overvalues youth, I would pass on Soler. Personally, I would keep Pedroia. He had a down year but he's very solid at a thin position. You can much easier find an OF in the draft or on the WW, especially one like Soler. Robertson is a stud. He gave up almost 25% of his ER for the season in one game.

Thanks Doc. I think you're right on Pedroia. Especially since we have a 2B and a MI position. So that makes infielders even more valuable.

Pedroia did have surgery on his wrist that bothered him throughout 2014. So hopefully that helps. I don't mind if his power numbers aren't there but his 53 RBIs and 6 SBs were hard to stomach.

Ideally I'd like 80-15-80-15-.300 from Pedroia. He's also 31, and seems to have peaked in 2011. I'm not sure what Soler's ceiling is.
