Double Overtime with Clearmont scoring the winning TD against his former team. Kinda weird that this TD was Clearmont's first as a Rider.

Great win for the Green & White
That was great to see. Tough game in Calgary next week but they've played them tough all year, so we'll see. It'd be great to see the Riders in the Grey Cup to get some redemption.

Can the Argos pull of the upset vs the Als later today?

I will be watching off and on while watching the NFL.

Boring game, for the most part. Happy for the Als - they're a heck of a team.

Hope AC is ok - he's a class act and I'd love to see him come back again next year and claim some records.

It'll still be the Hamilton Ti-Cats, even if they're playing out of Burlington.

Ben Cahoon hangs em up. All time leading receiver, a fun guy to watch.

I must say, I'm kind of looking forward to the CFL season which starts tonight, I'm still not the biggest fan, but I will watch more games this season, or at least Iam going to try anyways.

I will have no hopes for the Argos going in, if they play well, bonus, if not too bad I guess.

The Argos should be up there with the top teams this year. Boyd at RB is really exciting to watch.

I've got 4 free silver level tix to the Ticats home opener tomorrow, kickoff 6pm at Ivor Wynne, if anybody wants any of 'em...

    P.S. - Argos suck.

Yeah Boyd and Owens are awesome to watch when they have the ball.

To bad they had to put Jyles on the 9 game IR though.

chgorman I can't tomorrow, but maybe later in the season if you have any more I might look into it. I have a buddie who is a die hard Ti-Cats fan, his basement is all Ti-Cats stuff, so I'm sure he would love to go.

Yeah, for sure. Lemme know whenever you want to catch a game at Ivor Wynne. I have four seats to every game that I (personally) can never use because I have gameday responsibilities to keep me busy for most of the game, so unless I give them to family/friends or clients, they end up going unused. Just let me know which game you want to come to and if I haven't already promised them to somebody else then they're yours!

For that matter, that goes for anybody here who wants to come catch a Ticats game in The Hammer (Hamilton).

ABSOLUTELY EPIC playoff tilt yesterday between the Tiger-Cats and Alouettes. 96 combined points scored, most ever for a CFL playoff game. Being called one of the best games of all time. Even if you're not a CFL fan, it's a must see. Anybody in Canada can watch it for free on TSN video-on-demand, not sure about those in the States, not sure if you can access TSN VOD down South.

Anybody talk to Motorcat anymore? Haven't seen him around here in ages but he's gotta find a way to see that game.

Great game, was waiting for you to revive this thread chgor. First playoff win for the Ti-Cats in 10 years. Should be a great East final.

Who is it? I'm guessing it was a previous year's winner as they've only named the nominees for this year so far, haven't actually named the winners yet, as far as I know.

For sure. Don't know how it can possibly top last Sunday's game, but should still be a great game.

Ah, okay. Yeah, he's nominated this year and has a damn good shot at winning it, but as far as I know he hasn't actually won it yet, at least not that I'm aware of.

Hm, maybe the notice my high school sent out worded it wrong.

    Haha, neither have I, lol.

If your buddy ever wants to come see a game in Hamilton, PM me. I get 4 free tix to every game that sometimes don't end up getting used, and even if they do, I'm allowed to sell up to 10 more tix at half price for any gm, so I'll hook you and your buddy up if you and/or him ever want to come see a gm in the Hammer.

Let him know that next season is the last season at Ivor Wynne before it gets torn down and the new stadium is built. If he's as big a fan as you say, he'll wanna catch a game there before it's torn down, ESPECIALLY if he's never been before. No place in the world like Ivor Wynne. The stadium itself is a POS, but the atmosphere and tradition are unbeatable.

There is a possibility that the winner has already been chosen and the result has possibly been leaked, but they usually don't announce the winners until sometime around or just after Grey Cup weekend (same weekend as American Thanksgiving)
