Each division got 3 teams in automatically with the 2 best records otherwise getting in to play the division winners. The 2nd round sees the pairings stay within the division before the conference and cup finals. Theres no more reseeding.

Round 1 win = 2 pts
Round 2 win = 5 pts
Round 3 win = 8 pts
Round 4 win = 12 pts
