Disclaimer: All of the following are based on my (hopefully) unbiased opinion and are in no way statistical fact. Factors going into my decisions include goalie skill, match up, career stats vs, and recent trends. How many goalies start reflects how much I write about them, usually. C = CONFIRMATION: All confirmations are listed below or click here (http://goaliestatus.com/)

All games are early! 3 12:30 games, 1 3:30 game, and a 6:00 game, so set your lineups!

Good start
*Varlamov @BUF: Neuvirth lost against the Sharks, so it's Varly's turn. He had 8 good consecutive starts before 2 poor ones against the Kings and Ducks.
Miller vs WSH: 7 of Miller's last 8 starts have been solid, but 7 goals on 26 shots really pulls down his averages for the month. Aside from that, 3 of his last 4 he's allowed 2 goals.
*Boucher @NYR: Boosh won his last start with weak stats, but Bobrovsky lost his. They combine for 15 wins in their last 21 games, so who's in net isn't an issue for the team.
C Backstrom vs DET: Backstrom hasn't fared too well against Detroit in the past, but his current play is hard to ignore. He's 6-3 in his last 9, allowing just 14 goals, which is good for about a 1.50gaa and .948sv%.
C Crawford vs PIT: After letting in 6 goals in 4 games, he let in 4 goals in his last loss. He's bounced back before though, and Pittsburgh's biggest threat behind J. Staal is...Dupuis?
Kiprusoff vs MTL: Where were you when Kipper snuck into a tie for 5th in league wins? He's won 9 of his last 12, and has allowed 3 or more goals without a passable sv% only once.

Toss Up
Lundqvist vs PHI: Lundy continued his stretch of hot play vs the Devils, but that's the only good start he's had in about 6 games. With playoffs on the line he knows he needs to play better, but with Biron playing well they could rest him if they get comfortable lead in 7th.
Howard @MIN: 3 great wins in a row, and 4 in his last 5. Has he gotten over the sophomore slump? He'll begin to creep back up with another good one.
Fleury @CHI: Fleury is alternating good/bad starts, and it's time for a bad one. He was great against Colorado and LA, but somehow terrible against Columbus and the Islanders.
Price @CGY: Price continues inconsistent play, allowing 3 against Edmonton after playing well against TOR/BUF. Outdoor games seem to be low scoring for the most part, and Calgary doesn't really have a home advantage, so he's probably a good start anyways.

First time in a good while I've actually gotten to see Backstrom play. He's moving up.
