Does anyone else look forward to watching this every year, I know I do, CBC really does a great job with this every year IMO.

This year they are doing it from Whitehorse.

The three games tomrorow are....

Ottawa at Edmonton at 2pm
Toronto at Montreal at 7pm
Calgary at Vancouver at 10pm

That HBC coat Ron has on is ass-ugly. Never thought I'd see someone of prominence wearing one..last person I saw in one was a homeless guy downtown Toronto.

He said some women made it for him.

Missed that. HBC sells something similar.

Oilers vs Sens, battle of the basement, and boy oh boy does it show.

Yeah it's been a pretty bad game so far.

I was disappointed about the coach's corner.
wanted to hear Don Cherry's opinion about Cooke's hit and maybe the Pens@Isles game, nothing said about the recent activities in the league

Hockey Day in Canada man, can't expect it. They were at a junior game so there was barely any commentary on the Leafs/Habs game.

Is that usual at the "hockey day"?
If so, I didn't know that.
Maybe next week then ;)

Yea, there's more of a focus on hockey in communities across Canada, junior hockey, etc. For instance, a couple years ago it was held at my highschool for the 100 year anniversary of hockey being played there. They talked to different alumni of the school all day, current and former NHLers, etc They also have reporters across the country in small communities talking to local teams, etc.

Yeah Coach's Corner is never the same on HDIC.

Kelly Hrudey looked like he fell asleep in the tanning bed, that or he wants to be on Jersey Shore.

Yeah, some pretty funny stuff, they must have been bored waiting to on for the late game.

Oake is a real funny dude, for real.

I like Hrudy better in studio with MacLean, he's awesome doing that job.

I see Hrudey and Oake are going at it again on twitter tonight leading up to CBC's game tonight.
