I will watch College B-Ball any day over the NBA.

I'm not a fan of NC, but they will be a tough team to beat this season that's for sure, Tyler Hansbrough is a beast.

For College B-Ball I have always liked to cheer for Gonzaga, I see they are ranked #11 right now, good stuff, Go Bulldogs Go !!!!

I think the Zags take out UCONN. I don't think that highly of Calhoun anymore, he really has lost my respect for his coaching game after that Rudy Gay team got beat by George Mason. If I am Kentucky I'm breaking the bank for him. I'm not sure why he would leave but he is a perfect fit there, and he could bring his whole recruiting class this year with him and they would instantly be built back to an extent.

He is winning at Memphis, why go win somewhere else where if he doesn't succeed he could be under fire? Who knows, but I know he would do a great job at UK

Don't woop on us too hard when we play you this year, Sparty.Could be ugly. Night game before traveling to UNC. The Izzone will be jacked up.

Took my son to his first midnight madness. He loved it. Its hard for little kids to sit through a whole game so that format was fun for him, more like a stage show.

It's a neutral site, no? Depends on how quickly we gel together, because we are indeed returning 4 starters, losing Calathes. We picked up Boynton in recruitment, and Macklin is finally eligible after leaving Georgetown.

We were picked for 5th in the SEC East, which I think is ludacris, but we have a solid OOC schedule with MSU, FSU, 'Cuse and NC State. So with that, and an improving SEC, we could have a resume for the tournament this year.

I like our team this year with Walker running the point, and Warner being a wing player now. We can play D because Tyus (6 foot 8) and guard the PF now instead of the center, which Macklin will handle.

I'm pretty excited for the season, and I'm sure you are as well.

Not the same team as last year, that's for sure, Daye, Heytvelt, Pargo, are all gone, this is Bouldin's team now, very young team as well.

I like the Zags decisively in that game against FSU. FSU simply cannot score the basketball, but they do defend well. Zags have way too many scoring options for FSU to stop. Harris, Bouldin, Gray and Sacre are all capable of winning a basketball game on their own.

If they get Syracuse in the next round, that's another very good matchup. Cuse plays that Zone, one of the best ways to beat it? Shoot the ball. Gray and Bouldin both are snipers, Harris matches up well with Wes Johnson and Sacre can battle down low.

I have the West bracket as one that can be completely blown apart, and I think Gonzaga could be a surprise elite 8 / final 4 team.

First time in a couple years it looks like the first round is going to completely blow my bracket apart.

i read an article that said this year the first round could have more upsets than any other year. i should have listened while making my picks. i had St. Mary's picked and chose to switch to Richmond at the end thinking i had too many upsets.

Tons of parity in College Basketball this year.

I'm 4 for 7 so far, I will take that, better then last year at this time, I have not lost any of my big teams yet, nights still young though.

I'm down two sweet 16's and an elite 8.

Tomorrow has to go better right?

After day one there are only twenty perfect brackets left in Yahoo's system. Considering all the entries they process, that's pretty amazing.

10 of 16. I'm going to consider that above average. Today's games should be great too. THe big loss for me was The Hoyas. I had them going to the elite 8. Other than that Vandy was a Sweet 16 pick.

I hate his lovefest for himself the most. The most self-centered coach I've ever seen.

I think everyone's bracket is some how f*cked, and if it's not, well done to you.

Glad I took Kentucky to win it all over Kansas now.

I dont remember a year with so many big upsets.

I'm pretty sure I heard that Cornell has 6 guys hwo average between 35 and 45% from behind the arc. That's just outrageous. IF they get hot, watch outt.

I'm not sure its going to be THAT crazy. Cornell has shown to be a really good basketball team. They have a big guy that can defend, and they can shoot the ball well from 3.

Sit in a zone, don't let them penetrate it and make them shoot the ball from the outside.

PS: Who cares if UK makes a final 4... John Cal will have his 3rd Final 4 taken from him.
