Nope, but if you ever decide that bologna tastes better than turkey, I have a 6 page report ready proving you wrong.

I couldn't even tell you the number of times I was called bologna in grade school. Guess that's what happens when your last name rhymes with it. Bologna and turkey are equally as terrrible.

I dont eat it often but that cheap garlic bologna and white bread (I like real bread usually) seem to make a tasty sandwich (no toppings at all) Oddly enough my wife loves it fried (although she has never eaten it more than twice in ten years.....she loves steak)

btw wheres that suggestion box?

I used to LOVE fried bologna when I was a kid. Haven't had it since then... wonder if it'd make me want to puke like other childhood loves. Case in point: anyone here recently try spaghettios??? That stuff is a horrible, vile, disgusting substance that I also used to adore when I was little.

and um, yeah, that suggestion box idea...

When I was a kid someone told me those meatballs were made from horse meat so I never ate them again.

I ate spaghettios almost daily as a kid. I'm pretty sure I'd still like them, but haven't had them in about 10 years. Bologna is terrible. The only lunch meat I eat with any regularity is ham.

:barf:I can't eat any kind of white sauce. I think it's psychological. Mayo, Miracle whip, ranch, horse radish. They are all disgusting.

Kyle

:beer: As gross as it sounds I found you need to be a bit generous with the mayo and not so much with the meat. I'm normally of the opposite opinion but as a meat bologna just doesn't taste great at all.

How do you think Kyle? Through registrations? We have 1,700+ members, but honestly there's like 20 + active and that number dwindles even more during the off season. This place isn't bad, but I too noticed it getting quieter around here...

There isn't any advertising for this site, so all we can do is spread the word w/ friends who we think would enjoy it here. That, and not be assholes to any new people who join (unless they deserve it ;)).

culture??? :lol::lol:

Makes it sound like we are running a cult of some sorts. I do understand what you guys are talking about though. Alot of people I used to enjoy having a serious (or not) discussion don't come anymore. Even for myself, I never post in the fantasy hockey section anymore. Alot of idiots up there. I mainly check the NHL discussion forum and the Off-Topic Discussion forum. I go through cold spells where I don't come around for weeks at a time. I don't know what it is honestly. I used to be on here ALLLLLL the time. Could be that I looking for excuses not to study while in college though, idk...

I wonder if that'll be the reason for me as well. I remember procrastinating on here all the time, but now that it will be a non-issue I'm wondering if there's enough for me to keep consistently coming back.

Yeah, my posting time more than doubled the last month or two and I'm thinking I'm going to struggle to find reasons to keep comming once the playoffs are out. But this has been a routine for six years now so I'm not too concerned, this board goes through lots of phases with people comming and going but it always seems to have just enough regulars at any given time to sustain itself.

Well non-issue for me now that I am done school. Once real life hits we'll see if the trend continues :dunno:
