Is telling somebody "Have you been under a rock your whole life" truly a bannable offense? Because everything I said after was no worse than the line, "Can you be any more ignorant," that I was responding to in the first place. Really, no stupids thrown around, no dumbass, no idiots, just me calling someone ignorant in response to being called ignorant, and debating it through. Again, didn't get particularly personal at all, and it ended on its own without any sort of fuss.

Honestly, what gives? I'm clearly not favored amongst the administration here, but give me a fucking break, I haven't done ANY of what put me on your guy's bad side for damn close to a YEAR around here, yet still I have to bite my tongue to the point where I can't even get in an extremely minor debate with the most mild aggression known to man, without being banned for a month?

If this gets me rebanned, so be it. If this gets deleted, thats just pathetic. Either way, I would really like some clarification on what I did that was bannable at all, and espicially what possibly could've influenced a time as long as one month.

And the little "Be thankful its not more" when I tried to log in was icing on the cake. Really? I have a pretty strong hunch who must've pulled the trigger on this one, but I won't risk making an ass out of myself for assuming wrong. Either way, thats some pretty glaring biased if you ask me, that I should feel "thankful" that I ONLY got banned a month for doing virtually nothing.

Ridiculous - This is the kind of crap that people came to HI to escape from compared to other boards run by stuck up pricks. But I guess the line grows more vague by the day.

Ask me why I posted this as a thread and not a PM if you must, but its fairly obvious.

hmmmm.....I didnt read your post Kyle but am curious of your motive here. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? I would think you would want to put this shit behind you. If you have issues that are really between you and admin why dont you ask privately why you were banned? I am by no means trying to aggravate the situation....just adding my 2 cents

As for what I'm trying to accomplish, honestly I can't give you a specific motive. I feel Iike the victom of a serious dick move and I simply felt it fit to vent a little bit about it. I'm sure I'll get a "you've been given far too many chances already" or a "if you dont like it, theres the door," and maybe I will take the door if thats how its gonna be, but I figured maybe I could possibly get this gross bias the administration has against me (Really, don't try to call me paranoid, its there, I've been getting the whole "You're lucky you haven't been banned by now" routine for months, from multiple admins) out of the way so I can go back to enjoying this forum as much as I used to. I'm not interested in being on a "one argument gets you banned for a month" basis around here, espicially when those arguments are trivial, insignificant, and non-offensive. I'm being punished for the way I used to act over a YEAR ago around here, when that kind of behavior was VERY much permitted and accepted back then. I made the adjustment when I needed to, yet certain people aren't willing to let it go. Its ridiculous that I can't get into any sort of heated debate with anybody based on things I said a year ago.

Ps - I realized I probably crossed a line with the "What kind of pussywhipped fairy boy are you" bit in one of those threads, but Christ, that was one sentence in how long? Truly worthy of a month ban complimented with a "Be thankful its not more?" Not just a damn lock, or even an edit of my own post and a PM? Ridiculous.

I was kind've MIA for about a week or so when your ban happened and I honestly didn't even realize it went down until a few days later lol. Bad Mod I know.. :$ Anyway, a month is a long time and I'm sure nobody is going to argue with you on that. I didn't read through the thread and I don't intend to but I'm really not sure what your intentions here are either other than to call somebody out or publicly chastise HI and ridicule the very little moderating that we actually do here. I've really never had many problems with you personally but it's common knowledge that you are one of the few around here who has historically pressed buttons and repeatedly pushed limits. This thread really isn't likely to go anywhere productive and it really does sound like an issue that you should take up with whomever issued the ban.... it's never fun having to walk on broken glass.

Nah, I understand. I actually didnt know you got banned. I thought you were just taking a break. I didnt notice any post though that warrant a ban from you...lately at least;)

Joking aside...I think some people(mods and users) just dont like you just because of the fact you do sometimes go over the limit. So someone reported the post, the mod said "hey its that asshole again!" and bam. banned. Its that easy when you have a bit of a habit of lashing back, but for a reason, of course.

And frankly Kyle, if you had come to me privately and expressed your concerns and been the least bit contrite, maybe you ultimately wouldn't have sat out a month. But instead you clearly let your ban fester for 30 days and then had to air your grievances publicly. That's not exactly a good way to to get yourself back on solid ground.
