I managed to use: deep throating well endowed phallic sausage
all in one post, even though I was just trying to make the simple point that many long foods taste good.

It hardly matters who caused it. The system did what it was supposed to -- see relevant (though out of context) words and provide the ads it felt fit the best.

This reminds me of a not-so-funny story --- a Gmail user with terminal cancer had joined an online support group mailing list.. and the ads that were displayed were related to funeral home services and the like. Ooops?
