You know I think you can add polls to already started threads...
Edit: Yes, the "Thread Tools" (upper right) dropdown has an option for it... just for future reference.

Kovalev... MTL got more scoring power than NJ

Thanks for the heds up. I looked briefly, but was really pissed about the computer. lol
I agree with the Kovy thinking...except for the fact that you never know which Kovy is going to show up.
Kovalev, but I also agree with you in you never know who/when/where he will show up.

Rolston may end up playing C in NJ, which would leave you loaded at C going into next season, but in desperate need of a few wingers, so Kovalev might better fit your needs. Plus, as others have mentioned, MTL will most likely be significantly more offensive that NJ this year.
Just offhand, do you have an idea of who will available in the draft? If there's gonna be no decent wingers but a ton of C's, then def keep Kovalev. If the draft is gonna be full of quality wingers but low on centers (unlikely, but possible), then you may want to consider keeping Rolston so you can secure your center position and load up on the quality wingers available with your first bunch of picks.
And this is, of course, all assuming Rolston will be C this year (I heard/read a few reports stating he will, however who really knows until the season actually gets going. For all I know, he may not end up playing C at all, or conversly, could potentially get triple eligibility like he had a few seasons ago. I'm probably not being much help here, lol).

Actually, this isn't my team. We have a manager that hasn't posted his keepers yet and we are trying to decide who his keepers will be. We have good agreement on most of the players...just can't pick between these 2.
We have 12 teams keeping 8, so basically the first pick of the FA draft is like the first pick in the 9th round(97th overall). There will be F talent, but no top wingers.
Another thing I forgot to post and makes a difference is this team has two players on the roster who qualify as prospects.
Stastny(C) and Coburn(D)
Farm team is as follows:
Farm (18)
C: Anisimov, Couture, Tlusty, Sheppard, Potulny, Bolland, Kaigorodov, Vrana, St. Pierre
RW: Makarov, Ruzicka, Zharkov, Volkov, Pushkarev, Lisin
LW: Vasyunov, Hornqvist
D:
G: Varlamov

Well the team def has a ton of talent at C, so no sense rolling the dice and hoping Rolston plays wing. Just go with Kovalev. He'll most likely have better totals anyhow.

Bah, you said no such thing. :p
This is the closest you came to saying Kovalev.
yeah well like I said its arguable, Kovalev was good last year because he was having fun and he loves his situation in mtl. Plus now he know that when your good in montreal your basically a god so maybe he won't be as productive but he should be pretty close to last years stats.
Plus you're a Hab's homer...:D:D
I agree that Kovalev is the higher risk/reward.
So Kovalev it is thanks to all who voted and provided input.
